Jacqueline Kusamotu

Jacqueline Kusamotu is the co-founder of Candour Beauty, the first multi brand beauty and personal care retailer aimed specifically at targeting Black women and women of colour. 

Headquartered in London, Candour Beauty aims to address an underserved market of women who want access to quality beauty and personal care products which specifically target their beauty needs.

Candour Beauty aims to provide content which educates and inspires, to allow customers and consumers alike to make more informed buying decisions to empower them to live an authentic unapologetic life.


With a Degree in Marketing and experience working as an IT Consultant, merging her passion and drive for self-care and entrepreneurship led to the launch of Candour Beauty. Jacqueline along with her fellow co-founder identified a longstanding gap within the mainstream market where Black women are unseen, misrepresented, unheard and misunderstood.
