Steve Vandewalle

Steve Vandewalle is an experienced IAM Architect/Dev currently leading a comprehensive redesign of IAM solutions at Candriam, where significant improvements were made in role structuring through innovative Python-based scripting. Prior roles include IAM OPS Engineer at BNP Paribas Asset Management and Argenta, focusing on role migration, Zero Trust security implementation, and risk reduction strategies. Steve has also held various security and analysis positions at BNP Paribas, Infrabel, and GSK, developing expertise in access management, operational risk management, and security compliance. Educationally, Steve holds degrees in Informatique and Commercial Engineering, complemented by foundational studies in mathematics and economics.
