Monika L. McFoy

Monika L. McFoy, M.S., currently serves as the Associate Dean of Students and Director of the Urban Leadership Learning Community at Canisius University, where responsibilities include teaching first-year students academic skills, managing the Tutoring Center, and overseeing academic advisement for freshmen and undecided students. Monika has a robust history in education, previously holding positions such as Executive Director at BEAM, Academic Coach Coordinator at the University at Buffalo, and Director of Community Programs at the Buffalo Museum of Science. Monika holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Buffalo State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts and a Management Development Certificate.
