Sjoerd Sanders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and strategy management. Currently serving as Senior Strategy Manager and Senior Global Operational Excellence Manager at Canon Production Printing since February 2018, Sjoerd is responsible for transforming traditional print services into a centralized and standardized continuous improvement organization, achieving significant profitability increases and strategic transformations. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Management Consultant at Nova Reperta, where Sjoerd led transformation programs that enhanced customer value and reduced costs. At DLL, Sjoerd held multiple positions focused on Lean Six Sigma projects, process improvement, and managing multidisciplinary teams within a global operational excellence framework. Sjoerd holds an Engineer's Degree in industrial engineering and management sciences from Eindhoven University of Technology and has pursued additional education in Lean Six Sigma and management development.
