Julie Walz

Julie (Vicens) Walz, MBA, currently serves as the HR Communications Lead and Senior Specialist at Canon USA since October 2014, where responsibilities include developing enterprise-wide communications strategies and managing a direct report for talent marketing initiatives. Julie is also a founding member of the PACT Business Resource Group, contributing to the organization's leadership team. Prior experience includes roles at Capco, where Julie revitalized internal communications and streamlined onboarding processes, along with other positions that involved administrative and communications support across various organizations. Julie holds an MBA with dual majors in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior and Marketing from Baruch College, and a BS in Finance from Adelphi University.
