Luke James Barrett

Luke James Barrett is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Regional HR Manager for EMEA at Canonical since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager for Europe and HR Manager for UK&I at Wayfair from September 2021 to October 2023, HRBP at TikTok between June 2020 and August 2021, and HRBP, HR Advisor, and Area Manager at Amazon from October 2016 to June 2020. Earlier in 2016, Luke undertook a role as Sustainability Project Manager at Bangor University, where an international sustainability project was successfully initiated and implemented between North Wales and Uganda. Luke's educational background includes pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management and Development at The University of Manchester and a BSc in Environmental Conservation with International Experience from Bangor University.
