Justin Phen

Justin Phen is a data professional with a strong background in data science and analytics. Currently serving as a Junior Data Scientist at Capax Technology Limited since October 2023, Justin previously held the same role at Smoooth Biz Limited where leadership of a team resulted in a significant 72% efficiency improvement in organizing over 100 ESG reports. Justin applied data modeling techniques to create a platform for analyzing ESG data aimed at major companies, ensuring high data quality and validation. As a Data Science Intern at Master Dynamic Ltd, Justin implemented supervised machine learning methods for animal pose estimation, securing funding from the Hong Kong Jockey Club for further studies. Earlier experience includes a role as a Data Analyst at Y&Y Data Service, where Justin contributed to the success of Phase 3 clinical trials for Alzheimer's studies.
