Garrett has more than 20 years of technology and digital consultancy experience, working with Fortune 500 clients to understand their overall digital strategy, market needs, upcoming and current competition, and the nature of the ever-changing digital challenges they face.

Garrett joins Capco from digital agency Isobar US, where he was most recently Head of Experience Strategy and Design, and has extensive expertise in customer and employee experience, UX, service design, DesignOps, and experience strategy.
