Terry Cozard

Terry Cozard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and security sales. Currently serving as Senior Solutions Director at Capgemini since June 2024, Terry previously held the position of Director of Solution Architecture at Strata Identity from March 2021 to June 2024. Prior to that, Terry was the Manager of IdentityNow at SailPoint from November 2012 to March 2021, playing a key role as the first engineer to sell IdentityNow. Terry's earlier roles include Principal Security Sales Consultant at Oracle, where responsibilities included leading technical security sales for major commercial accounts, and Senior Systems Engineer at both RSA Security and SGI, consistently achieving high performance. Terry also served as Chief Information Security Officer for Douglas County Government, overseeing all electronic security measures. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder.
