Heather Buttle

Heather Buttle is a Senior Actuarial Consultant and co-chair of the Capita Ability Network at Capita Pensions, where they work on a variety of pensions data projects. With over 20 years of experience in pensions and employee benefits, Heather has previously held roles at Ernst & Young, Willis Towers Watson, and other organizations. They are a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and have been actively involved in Employee Network Groups since 2008, promoting inclusivity for disabilities and neurodiversity. Heather also has a background in statistics, having volunteered as a statistician at the Imperial Cancer Research Fund.
