Trey Nielsen is a seasoned digital experience executive currently serving as Vice President of Digital Experience at Capital Bank, N.A. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Trey held various leadership positions in digital strategy and product design at Young Living Essential Oils, Versus, and Diib, demonstrating a strong track record in driving enterprise-wide transformations and enhancing user experiences. Key achievements include leading a global replatforming initiative, overseeing lifecycle marketing programs, and significantly improving conversion rates and user engagement across multiple platforms.
