Bill Brooks

Bill Brooks is an accomplished Vice President of Leasing & Real Estate at Capital Group | American Funds, with a career spanning over two decades at the company since October 1998. In this role, Bill oversees all aspects of real estate activities, driving strategy, site research, evaluation, acquisition, and leasing processes, while leading a team of over 30 professionals. Prior to Capital Group, Bill served as Financial Controller at The Presley Companies, Inc. (now William Lyon Homes) and held various positions in financial analysis and auditing at Koll Real Estate Services, Coopers & Lybrand, and The Rios Group, Inc., beginning in 1989. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
