Karin Pearson

Karin Pearson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources strategy. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Capital Group since July 2007, Karin has led HR initiatives across multiple business areas and previously managed Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, and People Analytics. Prior to Capital Group, Karin held the position of Talent Acquisition Director at The Hartford, directing a team that successfully placed 1,800 candidates annually for various business lines. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Staffing at Prudential Financial, overseeing hiring for retirement and investment services, and as Sr. Staffing Consultant at Fidelity Investments, focusing on recruitment for the 401K division. Karin holds a BA in English from the University of Connecticut and has furthered education at the University of California, Irvine's The Paul Merage School of Business and the University of Bridgeport.
