Melissa Smith (Kahlke) is the Card GenAI and Model Risk Lead at Capital One, where they currently oversee the GenAI and model risk program for the credit card division. They have extensive experience in Risk Management and Internal Audit within the financial services industry, previously holding positions at MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. and Protiviti.
