Woon Wee Chiang

WOON Wee Chiang is an experienced professional in cost and contract management with a career spanning over three decades in the construction and development industry. Currently serving as AVP Cost & Contract at CapitaLand since October 2016, WOON provides strategic guidance for development projects across various countries in Asia. Previously, as Director at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, WOON directed cost and contract matters for projects in the Asia Pacific region. Prior roles include Associate Director at AECOM, where WOON led a team and managed operations in Indonesia, and earlier positions at Banyan Tree and JIA Quantity Surveyors Pte Ltd, focusing on cost management and project assessments. WOON holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Building from Curtin University.
