Samantha Jaroka

Samantha Jaroka is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partner at Capricorn since October 2025. Prior to this role, Samantha held various positions, including P&C Business Partner Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Activ Foundation from October 2022 to October 2025.
