Lisa Haley is currently a board member at CAPS Research. Lisa has over eight years of experience in the field of human resources, specifically in the area of compensation. Lisa has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Pennsylvania.

Lisa began their career as a compensation analyst at Day & Zimmermann. In this role, they participated in annual market surveys, conducted data audits and analysis, and helped to administer the company's salary planning and incentive processes. Lisa then moved to Hay Group, where they spent two years as a senior compensation analyst. In this role, Lisa was responsible for researching and analyzing data to determine appropriate salary levels for client jobs, conducting salary surveys, and preparing statistical analysis and insights for clients around common reward policies and practices.

In November 2017, Lisa returned to the University of Pennsylvania Health System, this time as a compensation specialist. In this role, they were responsible for administering the health system's compensation programs and providing support to HR Business Partners on day-to-day compensation-related matters. Lisa remained in this position until April 2022, when they were elected to the CAPS Research board.

Lisa Haley's educational career includes earning a B.A. in Communications from Penn State University and attending Lower Merion High School.
