Christopher Ivanoski

Christopher Ivanoski is the current Head of Customer Operations at Capsule. Prior to this, they worked at CVS Health for 16 years, where they were the Director of Professional Practice: Regulatory Compliance. In this role, they were responsible for leading a critical agenda that includes setting both near and longer-term strategy to ensure retail pharmacies remain compliant to federal, state and local controlled substance laws and regulations across a fleet of 9,700+ community pharmacy locations. Christopher directly impacted the mitigation of $150M+ of financial, regulatory and reputational risk for the company and delivered outstanding results. Christopher collaborated with various leaders across the organization to help inform strategy development, prioritization of efforts, and formulation of specific work plans and projects to execute across the retail pharmacy chain. Christopher assessed the environment, analyzed trends, identified emergent risks and developed innovative solutions designed to mitigate regulatory risk. Christopher also led the ideation, testing, development and implementation of new programs, initiatives, and tools to meet the strategic objectives of the team.

Christopher Ivanoski has earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Business Administration and Management, General. Christopher also has a Doctor of Pharmacy - PharmD from the University of Rhode Island in Pharmacy. Christopher holds certification from the American Pharmacists Association in APhA Immunization Certification.
