Arron Knaack

Arron Knaack has over two decades of experience in the glass manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Divisional Implementation Manager at Cardinal Glass Industries since May 2006. From 2008 to 2010, Arron oversaw the rollout of Oracle ERP 8.11 across eight facilities. Prior to this role, Arron held positions such as Plant Implementation Manager, responsible for the installation of Oracle ERP systems, and Shift Manager at Cardinal FG (Durant), managing over 50 employees and ensuring safety and production goals. Arron's earlier experience includes supervisory roles at Cardinal FG (Portage), where responsibilities included supervising staff and optimizing automated processes. Arron holds a degree from Marquette University, earned in 1993.
