Joseph Diaz

Joseph Diaz serves as the Medical Director for the Accountable Entity at Integra Community Care Network since January 2017 and holds the position of Chief Health Equity Officer at Care New England since March 2021. In addition, Joseph Diaz is the Associate Dean of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, where also serves as an Associate Professor of Medicine and previously acted as Interim Associate Dean. Past roles include Physician-in-Chief at Memorial Hospital of RI and fellow in General Internal Medicine at Rhode Island Hospital. Joseph Diaz obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and a Master of Public Health from Brown University, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
