Ashley Taylor serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Care New England since February 2017, holding various roles including General Counsel and Interim General Counsel. Prior to this position, Ashley was a Partner at Hinckley Allen from September 2008 to February 2017, specializing in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, health care, corporate and public finance, securities, and commercial lending. Ashley’s legal experience includes a Legal Extern role at the Rhode Island District Court under Magistrate Judge Lincoln D. Almond and a Legal Intern position at the Rhode Island Superior Court under Justice Stephen J. Fortunato, Jr. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Connecticut.
