Vincent Nteziryayo

Vincent Nteziryayo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit, compliance, and fraud prevention. Currently serving as a Regional Counter Fraud Specialist at CARE since March 2022, Vincent focuses on managing audit functions and developing risk-based audit plans. Prior to this role, Vincent was the Regional Audit and Compliance Support Coordinator for CARE International in Rwanda from August 2017 to March 2022, overseeing comprehensive internal audits for country offices. Vincent's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Internal Audit Department at SORAS VIE LTD from March 2013 to July 2017, where responsibilities encompassed evaluating risk management systems and ensuring compliance with governance requirements. Vincent began the professional career as Chief Accountant at ERT&EMMR from January 2012 to March 2013. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from Mount Kenya University, a CPA from KASNEB, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from SFB.
