Dwight Garvin

Dwight Garvin is Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer for MedSR, a sister company of CareCloud, and is responsible for monitoring departmental operations, developing strategic goals of the company, managing customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities to achieve profitability goals, driving revenues and maximize the performance of MedSR and CareCloud. Prior to his role at CareCloud, Dwight managed strategic operations at AthenaHealth, Cerner, Deloitte Consulting, and Baptist health system. Dwight joined CareCloud in 2018 as Vice President; of Professional Services and later moved on to Senior Vice President, Professional Services in 2021, Chief Operating Officer at MedSR in October 2021, and Executive Vice President at MedSR in June 2022. He brings 30 years of extensive experience in sales innovations, business contract negotiations, analyzing financial reports, and minimizing company expenses without compromising customer satisfaction with high-quality operations. Mr. Garvin graduated in Medical Technology & Clinical Laboratory Sciences from Auburn University and held a degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business.
