Javeria Taufique is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Careem since September 2025, focusing on hiring across the UAE, Pakistan, and Jordan. Prior experience includes an Associate role at Boyden from August 2023 to August 2025, collaborating with partners across Europe, the UK, and Japan, as well as working as an Analyst in Human Resources Talent Acquisition and Performance Management at Engro Corp from June 2022 to August 2023. Javeria gained valuable experience during an internship at Unilever in mid-2021, where responsibilities included policy review, project management for off-boarding plans, and conducting awareness campaigns.
