Alwyn Barnard

Alwyn Barnard is an experienced executive in the agribusiness sector, currently serving as the Senior Managing Director for the Middle East, Africa, Türkiye, and East Europe at Cargill since February 2020. Previously, Alwyn held multiple leadership positions within Cargill, including Managing Director for the ANH region and Country Representative, as well as CAN Business Leader for Sub-Sahara Africa. Prior to joining Cargill, Alwyn was the Feeds Director at Country Bird Holdings Ltd from 2015 to February 2020 and served as General Manager and Marketing Manager at Feedmaster Upington and Feedmaster Windhoek, respectively. Alwyn holds an Executive MBA from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Stellenbosch, and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from TUKS.
