Justin Donlon

Justin Donlon is currently the VP, Process Innovation & Analytics at CarGurus. Prior to joining CarGurus, they were with Carbonite for nearly three years, most recently serving as Director, IT Applications. In this role, Justin led a growing team of Business Application professionals responsible for providing a robust, integrated, quality Salesforce ecosystem to the enterprise. Under Justin's leadership, the team pioneered with valuable product integrations allowing Carbonite's marketing automation platform to send richer lifecycle emails and provide greater engagement visibility to Sales Teams. The team also consolidated multiple disparate systems and business processes gained through corporate acquisitions, enabling cross-sell and up-sell across different product and customer bases. Additionally, they implemented a full Quote to Invoice solution using best of breed saas applications.

Before their time as Director, Justin served Carbonite as Senior Manager, IT Applications and Business Application Manager. Justin has been instrumental in helping Carbonite, an OpenText company, offer all the tools necessary for protecting data from the most common forms of data loss, including ransomware, accidental deletions, hardware failures and natural disasters.
