Sabine Klier

Sabine Klier is an experienced professional in coaching and team development, currently serving as a Competence Coach and Facilitator at CARIAD since December 2020. Prior to this, Sabine held roles as a Systemic Coach and Agile Coach at Carmeq GmbH and as a Human Resources Development and Systemic Coach at hhpberlin Ingenieure für Brandschutz GmbH, where responsibilities included supporting self-organized teams and managing knowledge development. Earlier experience includes serving in various executive assistant roles at DIW Berlin, engaging in application and contract management within the Human Resources Department. Sabine holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the International Psychoanalytic University Berlin and has acquired multiple qualifications, including Systemic Teamcoach and Certified Scrum Master, alongside degrees in Economics and International Business Administration from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and European-University Viadrina, respectively.
