Chao Sima

Chao Sima is an experienced professional in the fields of bioinformatics and computational biology, currently serving as Sr Director of Target Discovery Informatics at Caris Life Sciences since January 2019. In addition, Chao holds the position of Research Assistant Professor at the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station, where involvement with the Center for Bioinformatics & Genomic Systems Engineering has been ongoing since September 2014. Previously, Chao worked as a Research Assistant Professor in the Computation Biology Division at TGen from February 2007 to August 2014. Chao Sima earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University between 2001 and 2006.
