Thomas Herzog

Thomas Herzog is the current Scientific Advisor at Caris Life Sciences. Herzog has over twenty-eight years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Herzog started their career in 1991 as a Professional Sales Rep (PSR) for Bayer. Thomas was promoted multiple times within the company and eventually became a Division Sales Manager (DSM). In 1997, Herzog was the recipient of the Century Award, given to the top sales rep in the nation. In 1999, they were awarded the Achiever Award, given to the top 15% of Division Sales Managers.

In 2000, Herzog left Bayer to join sanofi-aventis as an Oncology Senior Sales Professional. Thomas was a consistent top performer and was named Sales Champion in 2007 and Top 30% in 2008.

In 2009, Herzog left sanofi-aventis to join Response Genetics, Inc. as Senior Sales Manager. Thomas was once again a consistent top performer and was named Top Performer throughout 2013.

In October 2012, Herzog left Response Genetics to join Genoptix as a Diagnostic Sales Consultant. Thomas remained with Genoptix until November 2013 when they joined Caris Life Sciences as their Scientific Advisor.

Thomas Herzog attended Rockford University, where they earned a B.S. in Business. Thomas also holds a diploma from Oldham County High School.
