Rameash R

Rameash R has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR for Southeast Asia at ZEISS Group since February 2019. Prior to this role, Rameash held the position of VP of Human Resources for the Engineering Plastics Business Group at DSM from April 2014 to February 2017, overseeing HR functions for the group headquartered in Singapore. Rameash's previous experience includes serving as HR Director and HR Business Partner at TE Connectivity, managing HR for multiple manufacturing plants across different countries with a total headcount of 20,000 employees, and directing HR Shared Services for Asia South at Tyco Electronics/Madison Cable. Rameash's career began at Tyco International as an HR Department Manager, where noteworthy contributions included initiating the Singapore HEALTH Award program. Rameash holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from SIM Global Education.
