Raghaw Shukla

Raghaw Shukla is a seasoned professional in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Senior R&D Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager at ZEISS Medical Technology since September 2021, leading a team of 30 members responsible for software design, development, and delivery. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Lead Software Engineer at Baxter International Inc., focusing on software architecture and development for infusion pump applications, and as a Technical Specialist at Tata Elxsi, where expertise in C++ and QML was applied to develop software for computer vision algorithms. Raghaw's career began at DRDO New Delhi, contributing to combat system simulators, and has included various roles at Embitel Technologies and Aurora Integrated Systems with a strong emphasis on innovative software solutions. Raghaw holds a Post Graduate program in AI/ML from The University of Texas at Austin and a BTech in Computer Science from Jaypee University of Information Technology.
