Jeanine Spain

Jeanine Spain has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, serving as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Carle Health since September 1976, and recently retiring from the position of COO at Carle Health Greater Peoria. Prior to this, Jeanine Spain held various roles at UnityPoint Health, including Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Nursing Officer from June 2019 to April 2023, as well as Vice President of Patient and Support Services and CNO at UnityPoint Health-Methodist I Proctor from February 2014 to June 2019. Additionally, Jeanine Spain was involved in senior nursing leadership at Methodist Medical Center from July 2010 to June 2019 with roles such as VP Nursing and VP Specialty Nursing and Operations. Jeanine Spain holds a Master’s degree in Administration, Health from the University of St. Francis.
