Nicole Hayse

Nicole Hayse currently serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Philanthropy at Carle Health since April 2023 and has been the Director of Development at UnityPoint Health since November 2020. Previously, Nicole held various roles at UnityPoint Health, including Human Resource Recruiter and Human Resource Associate from January 2015 to February 2019.
