From 2023 to the present, they have been working as the Director of Operations at Carlisle Construction Materials, where they are responsible for achieving business targets and financial metrics through leading plant managers and driving lean manufacturing initiatives.
Prior to this, in 2022, they served as a Proven Manufacturing Executive, focusing on operations, EHSS, global supply chains, and material management. Brian built trusted relationships with employees, customers, vendors, and senior leadership teams.

Brian has also completed the Executive Leadership Program (ELP) in Executive Development from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
