Brian Randall

Brian Randall has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2023 to the present, they have been working as the Director of Operations at Carlisle Construction Materials, where they are responsible for achieving business targets and financial metrics through leading plant managers and driving lean manufacturing initiatives.

Prior to this, in 2022, they served as a Proven Manufacturing Executive, focusing on operations, EHSS, global supply chains, and material management. Brian built trusted relationships with employees, customers, vendors, and senior leadership teams.

From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Senior Director, Global Manufacturing and Corporate EHS at Franklin Electric. Here, they planned and managed global manufacturing activities, emphasizing safety, quality, delivery, capabilities, and productivity. Brian also initiated global best practice sharing to drive safety and continuous improvement.

Before that, Brian worked as a Manufacturing Consultant at Randall Holding Company, LLC in 2019 and held multiple positions at Regal Beloit Corporation from 2010 to 2019, including Global Manufacturing Director and Manufacturing Director of C & I Large Motors and Generators. Brian led global manufacturing teams across multiple sites and received the company's highest level of recognition, the Henry Knueppel Leadership Award.

Additionally, they have been involved in the Missouri Association of Manufacturers as a Board of Directors Member from 2014 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Brian worked as a Materials Manager at Regal Beloit and General Electric, and held various roles at General Electric and Pittsburgh Corning Corporation, including Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Sourcing/Productivity Leader, and Shift Supervisor.

Brian Randall's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology / Political Science / Criminal Justice from Missouri State University. Brian also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Business from State Fair Community College. In addition, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Management from the University of Central Missouri.

Brian has also completed the Executive Leadership Program (ELP) in Executive Development from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Furthermore, Brian has obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma. Brian holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Regal Beloit Corporation, which was achieved in January 2005. Brian also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from GE, obtained in January 2000.
