Alaa Ahmed

Alaa Ahmed is currently the Head Chef at Mon Maki A Moi and has been working in the culinary industry since August 2012. Alaa also works as a sushi chef at Carlos Restaurant. They previously served as a Sous Chef at an undisclosed place. Alaa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Art/Art Studies from Cairo University in July 2017.
