Timur Fayzullaev

Timur Fayzullaev serves as the Business Development & Engineering Sr. Director at Carlsberg Group since May 2013, overseeing global responsibilities for Overall Equipment Efficiency, driving packaging best practices, value engineering projects, and innovations in products and equipment. Previously, Timur held various leadership roles at Coca-Cola HBC and HEINEKEN, including Production Director and Production Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams, improving operational efficiencies, developing maintenance programs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Vlerick Business School, a Brewmaster degree from the Scandinavian School of Brewing, and an engineering degree in Biochemistry from Saint Petersburg State University of Refrigeration and Food Engineering, complemented by further training in process improvement and industrial engineering.
