Ulrik Andersen

Ulrik Andersen serves as the Group General Counsel and VP at Carlsberg since January 1998, with primary responsibilities including M&A, financing, international contracts, and competition law. Prior to this role, Ulrik Andersen practiced law at Gorrissen Federspiel, focusing on international contracts, trade, transportation, and competition law, and held positions at Dragsted Law Firm and Holman Fenwick Willan, where expertise in corporate law, M&A, and litigation was developed. Ulrik Andersen obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Master of International Laws from Københavns Universitet and the University of Bristol, and also has a high school background in Mathematics and Society from Rungsted Statsskole, along with further education from IMD and the London Business School.
