The executive team at CarMax has a history of working in various stores and companies such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Sportmart Inc, and McDermott Will and Emery. They have also worked in different departments such as marketing, strategy, product, and IT. In terms of education, the team is quite diverse, with members having degrees in journalism/advertising, marketing, mathematics, operations research, computer science, accounting, and MBA from Northwestern University.
