Christina Jackson currently serves as a Senior Analyst in Global HR Analytics & Insights at Carnival Corporation, following a tenure as a Senior Specialist in Talent, Engagement & Experience at Carnival Cruise Line, where significant contributions included leadership of the Carnival Culture and Engagement Surveys, DEI analytics, and development of Talent Review processes. Previous experience spans roles in organizational development at Universal Parks & Resorts, where Christina coordinated Talent Reviews and contributed to Team Member Satisfaction surveys, alongside internships focused on data analysis in HR settings.
