Michael Church

Michael Church is a seasoned marine systems engineer currently serving as a Sr Marine Systems Engineer at Carnival Corporation since July 2023. Prior experience includes project management at Gaubert Oil Company, Inc. from March 2021 to June 2023, and roles in propulsion and commissioning management at Louisiana Cat from August 2014 to May 2020. Michael has a background in the US Navy as an Ensign, where nuclear engineering was studied from April 2011 to April 2014. Previous internships at Northrop Grumman Corporation involved system engineering responsibilities related to database updates and system drawings. Michael holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Power Generation from the California Maritime Academy, earned between 2008 and 2012.
