Terence Vanecek

Terence Vanecek is a seasoned professional in the HVAC industry, currently serving as the Global Director Lifecycle Service at Carrier HVAC since January 2019, where responsibilities include driving field service growth and leading the development of aftermarket service products. Vanecek previously held the position of Associate Director Aftermarket Product Management, focusing on enhancing aftermarket offerings for North America Commercial HVAC customers. Prior experience includes roles at UTC Climate, Controls & Security as National Service Innovations Manager and North American Field Operations Manager, where Vanecek managed service offerings and operations for the commercial HVAC IoT platform. Earlier career experience includes tenure at Carrier Corporation in various managerial capacities, overseeing field operations and ensuring compliance and financial goals. Vanecek's career began in the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, leading divisions and ensuring operational readiness. Vanecek holds a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and is currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership at Quinnipiac University.
