Tara Harms

Tara Harms is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and management. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to Amanda Zuravnsky, Chief Growth Officer, at Carrot since September 2025, Tara previously held the position of Business Support Manager at Spindustry, where responsibilities included assisting the CEO with strategic initiatives and managing sales data in HubSpot. Tara has a proven track record in development and recruitment from her tenure as Director of Development and Regional Recruitment Manager at Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa, where successful fundraising strategies and community collaborations were established. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Training and SharePoint Services at Spindustry, driving significant sales growth, and as a Recruiter at Lucas Group, managing the full-cycle recruiting process. Tara holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
