Ashita Sharma is currently the Head of Customer Experience for CARS24 in India. Ashita has been with the company since November of 2015 and in their current position since January of 2018. Prior to their current role, they served as the Head of Customer Service for CARS24, during which time they established the customer service department and scaled the operations from 8 executives in 2015 to 400+ by 2018. Ashita is also responsible for customer acquisition and has set up an inbound customer service which serviced 99% of incoming calls and maintained a very high customer satisfaction score. In addition to their current role, they have also served as a Business Analyst for Deloitte Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. from June 2014 to November 2015 and as an Intern for Hewlett-Packard from May 2013 to July 2013.
