Shannon Rumble

Shannon Rumble is an accomplished professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Retail Learning & Development Manager and Learning and Development Project Manager at Cartier since January 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Consultant at EY from July 2021 to January 2023. Shannon's extensive career at SWAROVSKI spanned nearly 13 years, where roles included Training Manager for Australia and New Zealand, Trainer in Product and Sales, Customer Service Team Leader, Customer Service Executive, and Retail Sales Consultant. Additionally, Shannon worked as a Casual Primary Teacher for the NSW Department of Education from August 2013 to February 2020. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Screen Acting from Screenwise (2014-2015) and a Bachelor of Education from Australian Catholic University (2010-2013).
