Victoria Poyer

Victoria Poyer is an experienced professional in the field of intellectual property and human resources with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility. Currently serving as the International People Sustainability Manager at Cartier since April 2022, Victoria previously held the position of International Workplace & HR Social Responsibility Senior Project Manager at the same company. Prior to this role, Victoria spent nearly nine years at Richemont as Maison Lead Intellectual Property Counsel, overseeing various prestigious brands including Cartier and Montblanc. Additionally, Victoria worked as Chief of Staff and Project Manager at Watchfinder from September 2019 to March 2020. Victoria Poyer holds multiple degrees including a Master’s from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, a Diplôme from Sciences Po, and an undergraduate degree from Smith College, complemented by a legal certificate from EFB Paris.
