Timothy Rodenberger

Timothy Rodenberger serves as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He joined Casa Systems in November 2020. Mr. Rodenberger previously served as General Counsel of the Americas for Dahua Technology, a multinational vendor of commercial and consumer video IoT solutions. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of American Dental Partners, a practice management solutions company, and Corporate Counsel of Avid Technology, a developer of creative tools, platforms and solutions for the film, television and music industries. Mr. Rodenberger began his legal career at the law firm of WilmerHale where he split time between the firm’s corporate practice and its technology transfers and licensing group. Prior to law school, he held various marketing and sales positions for a pair of business intelligence software start-ups, MicroStrategy and Cognos. Mr. Rodenberger earned his B.A. in government modified with economics from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
