Scott Epstein is the Chief Product Officer at CaseWare. Scott has over fifteen years of experience in product management and deployment, with a focus on contact centers and large-scale initiatives. Prior to CaseWare, Scott served as the Vice President of Product Management at CCC Intelligent Solutions from January 2009 to September 2021. There, they were responsible for developing executive client relationships and leading large teams of client and firm personnel. Scott also directed the Deployment Management and Service Delivery groups across over forty client engagements.

Before CCC Intelligent Solutions, Scott was the Senior Principal at Mattersight Corporation (formerly eLoyalty) from May 2006 to January 2009. At Mattersight, they led initiatives for strategic accounts realizing significant additional subscription revenue. Scott also identified a new product opportunity, secured co-development partner clients, and led the design and development of a collections offering from concept to executed product. Additionally, they developed a delivery methodology to employ for all client engagements and presented the offering to prospective clients as a key knowledge expert in partnership with the business development team.
