Sean Newcomb

Sean Newcomb is an experienced IT Enablement Engineer specializing in DevOps, currently innovating and supporting technical operations at Casey's since May 2025. Sean also serves as a Board Member at dsmHack, where collaboration leads to the development of technical solutions for local non-profits during an annual hackathon. Previously, Sean worked as a Professional Software Consultant at Lean TECHniques Inc. and a Site Reliability Engineer at John Deere, significantly contributing to the scaling of an SRE team. Prior experience includes roles at Google as a Data Center Engineer II, as well as positions at Milestone Technologies and Meta, focusing on server maintenance and technical support. Sean holds degrees in Information Technology Network Administration from Des Moines Area Community College and Central Campus.
