Katie Miller Reed is the Vice President of Performance Media at Casper. Katie has over fifteen years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and media.

Katie started their career in 2005 as a Marketing Manager at the New York City Opera. Katie then transitioned to Time Inc. in 2007, where they spent six years as a Senior Marketing Manager for New Business & Partnerships. In 2013, Katie became the Director of Digital Marketing at TheStreet, and they held that position for three years before moving to ALOHA.com as their Director of Marketing in 2016.

Most recently, Katie joined Northwestern Mutual in August 2016 as their Senior Director of Media & Digital Marketing. Katie held that position for four years before joining Casper as their Vice President of Performance Media in April 2020.

Katie Miller Reed studied at Indiana University Bloomington for their undergraduate degree, before completing an MBA and MA at the University of Cincinnati in Business Administration and Arts Administration respectively. Katie also attended Maggie L. Walker Governor's School for Government and International Studies.

They are on a team with Glenn Pajarito - VP, Creative, Marc Butakis - VP, Operations, and Rachel Brodsky - VP, Strategy & Transformation. Their manager is Emilie Arel, CEO.
