Ronald Bustos

Ronald Bustos is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the QA Manager of Product Management at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Ronald engages with clients and internal teams to manage quality issues and strengthen partnerships. Prior roles include Quality Assurance/Technical Assurance Manager at VistaPharm, where Ronald led efforts to address non-conformances and customer complaints, and Validation Specialist III at Sanofi Genzyme, focusing on optimizing quality systems. Previous experience includes quality assurance and process engineering positions at Pfizer, AKORN PHARMACEUTICALS, and Mars, among others, where Ronald implemented continuous improvement initiatives and managed significant engineering projects.
